<>

Sharpen your skills and expand your knowledge of MASterMind products.

UTC Fire & Security is now offering complimentary training sessions each month on various topics for MASterMind Monitoring, MASterMind Business, and MASweb. Tune-up your MASterMind skills by attending worksops that include valuable tips and tricks, useful features, and practical tools.

These training sessions are now being offered twice! Each session will be held via AT&T Connect, an internet meeting center, the first Tuesday of each month from 4:00-5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time) and again on the first Wednesday of each month from 9:00-10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time). The following classes are currently scheduled:

October 5 and 6, 2010 - MASterMind Monitoring 6.26.01 Attaching Documents and Floor Plans

The MASterMind Monitoring 6.26.01 Attaching Documents and Floor Plans Webinar covers an overview of attaching documents and applying this feature to Sites, Systems, Contacts and System Types. In addition, the method for attaching and creating floor plans also is covered in this session. Some of the new functionality in 6.26.01 pertaining to attaching documents not seen in previous versions of MASterMind Monitoring also is covered in this class.

November 2 and 3, 2010 - Price Increases & Activity Billing

This Tune-up covers two topics: Performing Price Increases and Billing for Activities on MASterMind Business. We also cover related system options and setup windows.

December 7 and 8, 2010 - MASterMind MASweb Topic to be Announced

If you are interested in attending one of these training sessions, please contact June Hilliard at june.hilliard@fs.utc.com to register for the class. Once registered, you will be sent a link to the meeting as well as conference call details.

**There is a limited number of attendees, so each training session is limited to two calls into the conference center per customer.

Note: Due to the volume of participants expected, these classes will start promptly. Also, we ask that this be one-way training and all participant questions please be directed towards mas-service@fs.utc.com.
